How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Robinsonshared Windows & Siding to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You are welcome to contact us about:
- Your experience when you phoned or contacted Robinsonshared Windows & Siding
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If Your Concern Is About a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, work, warranties and customer service. If something is wrong with work on your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
Please tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider who repeatedly falls short of our expectations may be removed from it. Keep in mind that Robinsonshared Windows & Siding cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work, handle warranty claims, or make decisions for a provider.
How to Send a Complaint
Email contact@robinsonshared.world and include:
- Your name and the easiest way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for
What to Expect Next
We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we will write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about a contractor, your state or local contractor licensing board may be able to help.
